The Coming Death

आज का यह मानव-समाज विभिन्न प्रकार की ज्ञात-अज्ञात समस्याओं में उलझ अपने विनाश की तैयारी कर रहा है। इस समाज में कटुता निरन्तर बढ़ रही है। सम्पूर्ण समाज कोलाहलमय है। हर प्राण अपनी अपूर्ण अभिलाषा लिए दुख तथा क्लेश में जीवन जी रहा है। प्राणी के अज्ञान ने उसकी पवित्रा भावनाओं का दमन कर दिया है। सभी पर हावी है स्वार्थपरता। पूरा का पूरा समाज विपन्न है। दुःख का झंझावात घेरे हुए है सुख के घरौंदे को, पुष्प मकरन्दहीन हैं और रेखाचित्रा रंगविहीन। निशा ने खो दिए हैं चाँद-तारे तथा भोर को उदासी जकड़े हुए है। दिन सो रहा है आग के बिस्तर पर मुर्दे की तरह। झीना परिधान पहने, खामोशी उतर रही है। सारी दुनिया  बारूदी दीवार पर बैठी  कर रही है आगत मौत की प्रतीक्षा।

This human society of today entangled with known-unknown problems of various forms is paving the way for its own destruction. In this society, bitterness is constantly increasing. The entire society is rowdy. Each soul having his unfulfilled wish is leading life in grief and sorrow. The ignorance of man has repressed his virtuous feelings. One and all are dominated by selfishness. The whole society is indigent. The storm of sorrow has shrouded the abode of happiness, flowers are without fragrance and sketches colourless. The night has lost the moon, the stars  and dawn is plagued with gloom. Day is sleeping on the bed of fire like a corpse. Wearing flimsy dress,  quietude is stepping down. Sitting on the volatile wall, the whole world is waiting for  the coming death.
