गले में माला डाल प्रेत आज सभी कुछ लूट रहे हैं। गहरे-घने षड्यंत्र की रचना कर चाँदनी को बन्दी बना लिया है। चाँद से विस्फोटक पदार्थों की, बरसात हो रही है तथा खुशियाँ मनाते हुए सूरज ने न्याय के कपड़ों को तार-तार कर दिया है। तोते की भाषा बोलते हुए भेड़िए घूम रहे हैं सभी जगह। धूप-वृक्षों के घने कंटीले जंगल  झूम रहे हैं मस्ती में। और यह मानव-परिवार विभाजित है वर्गों में, वर्णों में, भाषाओं में।

Wearing a garland round the neck,  the phantoms are robbing all the things today. Making the dark-deep plots, the moonlight is made captive. Explosives are being thrown from the moon, and the celebrating sun  has torn off the garbs of justice. Speaking the language of parrot, the wolves are loitering everywhere. Dense thorny jungles of the sun-trees  are swinging with joy. And this human-family is divided  in classes, in castes, in languages.
